NOT TO FIND ONE'S WAY
26 B/W PHOTOGRAPHS & MULTIPLE POSTER, 2012
A map of Berlin galleries is superimposed on the City of London. What at first was a guide to esteemed Berlin galleries now leads to abandoned alleyways and backyards in East End, London. This area holds some of the worst poverty in Britain, but is undergoing rapid development as London competes to be the creative capital of Europe. All gallery maps look alike. More than just leading from one gallery to the next, this map holds the potential of not finding one’s way.
